I just need 1 minute of your time; Here is my short story, The right body weight is a funny thing. If you get it right once, it can set you up for the next 5-10 years. But if you don’t, well, you will live life wondering how different your life could have been with just the right weight. You see, over the years people thought that they could exercise their way into the right weight. The fastest and safest way to lose weight (manage weight) is not to exercise. Exercise is just part of the deal. It’s like one character in a movie of 10 characters. So you’re probably wondering, how do I get it right for myself (and for those I care about too) ? The thing is, effective weight management involves a combination of: the right diet, the right amount of exercise, the right health, the right state of mind and healthy lifestyle habits. Putting on Weight?

It’s now too much! I just don’t like it. I’m sick of all the weight management programs and weight loss supplements they made me take. Yet none of them worked. Not at least in the long run. Statistics from the  World Health Organization  reveal that at least 33% of all adults is overweight and almost 10% are obese. Additionally, about 40 million children under the age of 5 are overweight! Now those are many people! Body Mass Index (BMI) is a term used to gauge whether a person has the appropriate weight and is calculated using height and weight. Ideally, a  healthy person’s BMI  is supposed to be within the range of 18 to 24.9. With a BMI between 25.0 and 29.9 a person is considered overweight and anything above 29.9, one is considered obese.
