But if you don’t, well, you will live life wondering how different your life could have been with just the right weight. You see, over the years people thought that they could exercise their way into the right weight. The fastest and safest way to lose weight (manage weight) is not to exercise. Exercise is just part of the deal. It’s like one character in a movie of 10 characters. So you’re probably wondering, how do I get it right for myself (and for those I care about too) ?
